By creating an account, completing a quiz, accessing course content, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with Orvexax under these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access for any user who does not meet these requirements.

- Reviewing your own results, scores, and progress records.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Reproducing, distributing, selling, or sublicensing any Content without prior written authorization.
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data or interact with the Platform.

6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Content.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the Platform, including feedback, responses, or messages, you grant Orvexax a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Quiz and Assessment Integrity
The Platform relies on the honest participation of all users to maintain the integrity of its educational assessments. You agree not to:
- Share quiz questions, answers, or assessment content with others outside the Platform.
- Use unauthorized aids, third-party tools, or external resources during timed assessments unless explicitly permitted.
- Attempt to manipulate scores, results, or progress records.
- Reproduce or publish assessment content in any form.
Violation of assessment integrity may result in immediate account suspension and removal of associated results.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Orvexax does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
10.1 Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@orvexax.digital. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
